Chicago Fentanyl its back… [12 dead]

Again is re-emerges killing 12 this time. Thats what happens when you mix a super potent illicit [most likely in this case] opiate with greedy street corner drug trade, they need to hire a scientist or rather me to properly prepare thier product for market. One of my friends OD this past Friday, I didnt ask where he scored but maybe he got his fingers into this. He was by himself and soon as he injected he knew something wasnt right he couldnt hear at all his hearing was just gone, quickly he called 911 and he sat in the hospital for 3 days with his heart and lung surrounded by water fluid or some crazy shit. He is out now, thank god but on a bunch of meds mainly steroids, inhalers and the likes as his last OD he passed out for awhile till his g/f found him and the way he passed out a blood clot formed on/in his lung and I think I talked about this before as I am veering off topic.

CHICAGO — Chicago police are investigating the deaths of 12 people who may have died from tainted heroin.
Investigators saw a pattern of overdose among people who recently purchased heroin along the same stretch of South State Street, between 27th and 29th streets.
Police warned that some drug dealers might be selling fentanyl, a drug used by cancer patients that is many times stronger than morphine, instead of heroin.
NBC5’s Amy Jacobson reported that two of the victims were friends from Galena who drove 160 miles to purchase the heroin. On Jan. 25 the two were found inside their car, dead of a drug overdose.
Josh Suplis, 21, was found dead in the passenger’s seat of the car. His 23-year-old friend, Justin Jobjen, was in the driver’s seat with the syringe still stuck in his arm.
Jacobson spoke with Jobjen’s father, Randy Jobjen, who told the reporter that he wants whoever sold these drugs to be charged with murder.
“If they’re doing that, that’s more like murder than it is drug overdose,” he said.
Police told the grieving father that they were suspicious about the drug being tainted after finding the two men.
Toxicology reports to determine exactly what was wrong with the dose are expected in 6 to 8 weeks, Jacobson said.
Chicago detectives told her that “this happens everyday.” Young people drive in from the suburbs and purchase drugs on the West and South Sides.
According to the Chicago Sun Times, the victims were between the ages of 21 and 40. All of them lived in the city.
Assistant Deputy Superintendent Charles Williams said drug dealers might be stealing the fentanyl and passing it off as heroin. [me- cops are so stupid, the only possible pharmacuetical preperation that would make this even remotely possible is large amounts of Fentanyl Citrate evaporated off to get a powder, HIGHLY unlikely. Dumb asses its a illicit batch of fentanyl manufactured in a lab intended for this exact reason. Do your police work and catch the chemist if you can, hehehe.]
Police said the tainted drugs could show up anywhere in the Chicago area.

It’s to bad they don’t just call it fentanyl so addicts will shoot a small amount. Hard to judge the micrograms. I have a habit of taking a tiny test shot when I am getting stuff from a person that is not personally using it. A pain in the ass but worth it.

Oh dear,that’s ugly.Dealers should have(Ha!)a deep understanding of their undertaking,no pun intended,really,it’s heavy,not just supply/demand trading,I abhor the lack of ethics and care in this dirty trade,anything for a buck.Re-eserts how bloody dangerous it can be on the streets.The annual “drought” is on over here,like clockwork,people running to the programs.Perhaps it’s a conspiracy working with the chemist’s association to get some of that money.Take the utmost care everyone,always

I have obtained Sublimaze (branded) before, and it is heavenly. I think the problem is learning how to cut it properly. One must dissolve the cut into the fluid, then reduce to powder. The actual vials of Sublimaze are better than anything.
This is also made in lolly pops, but I have never tried it. I do know many street workers will buy/trade old guys’ dilaudid and MS Contin/roxanol for their mix. One can feel the difference if you are used to clean H.
Actually, if you score in better neighborhoods (Wicker Park, Uptown, Logan Square, and once upon a time in Lake View) it is not that difficult to move up the chain and get 5 gram bags delivered. This stuff is pre-cut with no blue/red specs or other aldulterants. It will take some time and some money, but then you never get arrested and it is far cheaper.
If you know people, Wicker Park has excellent cola and fair dope on weekend evenings. Even when it is bad, it is worth building the relationship to obtain the real deal (delivery).
The only problem is if your source gets pinched. I went on Buprenorphine when that happened. I was hitting five foils per day after that and I was still sick. I do not know if it was the antihistamines and shit, but clean stuff is a world of a difference. It is also far cheaper (I was paying $600 for a 5g clean dope bag). The cola was pricy at $400 per 5g (no balls), but it was the best I ever had. The only other issue is that these guys only do multiples of 5 grams.
There used to be guys who sold balls of cola in Lakeview, and occaisionally bad H, but the latter I have not seen in ages. The former slowly disappeared. Supposedly it is still in the gay scene, but I am never around that. I would get decent ones for $175, but I often had to pay a $20 finder’s fee. Wicker Park and Uptown will always require such fees until you move up. Trust me, it is worth it. They will even drop at your office.

Your right about the cutting aspect of fentanyl on-the-streets. You basically have to dissolve the fentanyl into a liquid solution and than using some form of chemistry lab equipment, [rotary evaporator comes to mind] get the liquid to attach itself onto the inert carrier [mannitol, Dormin [the red and blue fleck stuff], or any other common cut. Getting the liquid to evaporate and condense on the inert carrier in an even and consistant fashion is what takes knowledge, practice, and/or money. A visible speck of pure illicit street market fentanyl usually: Alpha-methyl fentanyl or 3-methyl fentanyl is enough to kill a few people. Now try to figure out the issue of how to get such a small amount of fentanyl to be EVENLY distributed, that is absolutely essential and can not be done by hand with such small active dosage quantities you need some brains and some lab equipment or at least the money to buy your way into the illicit sector of undergrould clandestine chemistry, which the gangs and mob that control the heroin in Chicago have NO problem doing. It going to be a crazy summer for Chicago heroin users I betcha my bottom dollar. There is ALOT of illicit fentanyl leaking out slowly into the market it seems as if they have “somewhat” and I say somewhat refined thier techniques enough to where people arent dropping like flies. A person I talk to just told me about some bags he cop’d and lucky he tested them out first buy using just a quarter a a bag rather than a normal 2-3 bag shot as he was gettin audio hallucinations and seeing colors and was nodding so hard. He said he went home and did a little more than a half a bag and noddded out and just about fell out. So if your using dope in Chicago and your scoring from a spot you dont normally frequent, be VERY CAREFULL, you can always do more but you cant do less. Fentanyl has inflatrated the Chicago heroin market and it has started to spread east. I have been documenting it here since shit since late fall 05 was when they were giving out freebie bags of fentanyl. So be wary of those spots that just open up and pass out free dope as you dont know what you will be getting. Back in the day when a new spot would open and they would be passing out free bags faster than a flash of lightning it was a free for all. I remember this one guy was just being mobbed as he had about 3-4 jabs on him [50 blows/wraps/bindles] and he just got frusterated and threw them all up into the air, god I will never forget that mob scene after than ppl punching people kicking them outta the way scrounging on the pavement for the dropped bags and shoving them in thier mouth as soon as they found another one. I grabbed like 3 freebies and than split because the violence was getting out of control. Ok enough about that. Onto the rest off your comment…
You can disolve the lollypops and shoot those too but personally Fentanyl has nothing on heroin IMO the redosing is just to much. Your right the key is to get off buying from the street I had an excellent connection just outside of Wicker Park [North Side] from a Nigerian dude minimum amount he sold was in 1 gram incriments and he didnt even like to do that but we became friends and he would sell small amounts not to mention larger amounts. As he would get bi-monthly shipments from his brother in Nigeria sent to a safe house on the south side [he would pay a girl 5K a month just to pick-up the packages] the dope was hydralically pressed and rock hard and sent as sheets in a book thin slices of compressed heroin making up a book. He was a MAJOR dealer and sold much of his quanitiy to the street gangs. The story on how I met him and the story about him is a post in itself as is the comment, lol. Anyways grams would be about 100-125$ and 5 grams would be well under $500. The quality was so could a gram could be wacked into 3-4 grams and still be more potent than the dope that was sold on the west side, some of the south side dope would give it a run for its money though. It would come with a handful of pills to wack/cut it with if one so wished. Dormin would be the usual suspect for the injectors or Mannitol, or for the snorters it would be Doriden [potnent fucking cut] rarely would he supply a cut that was inactive. Why? I dont know the dope was soo motherfucking strong as is. A couple match heads of the uncut dope would have you just GONE… In all actuality I tended to like the dope better when it was wacked/cut because it wasnt as hard on my stomach for some reason.
What it boils down to is who you know and how deep you get into the heroin game. I was always a user and never sold but there could of been money abound in insane amounts if I did. I had that connect for over 2 yrs. would deliver almost around the clock or rather his string of hot ass mother fucking chicks would, this guy had his game played out perfect. Unfortunetly somebody must have tricked on him as the DEA took him down with a few ounces of raw heroin and a few ounces of coke as he walked out of his apartment. Nigeria is a major stop-over point from the dope coming from the middle east. As far as the coke price you quoted thats insane almost 200$ a ball fuck, shit if I wanted I could still find butter yellowish oily coke or soft pearly almost fishscale coke for 100$ a ball. I remember when we used to get half ounces for under 400 to 350$. The price mark-up on cocaine in Chicago is insane but in the neighborhoods you mentioned ppl will buy it no questions asked especially when you want that 8-ball at 2am and the guy is like 175$ and your like “WHAT ARE YOU FUCKING NUTS!@!@!”. I have payed it though when you want it you want it. It just goes to show how much price varies when you climb the ladder of dope, which always has a broken rung.
The drug game is an insane and profitable profession but the risks are WAY to high for me but there are many out there that are money hungry and will risk thier life behind bars for a quick 20K.
Long comment I know and I didnt address all the points I wanted to Ill cut it short because I need another cup of coffee and its almost time for my doctors appointment. Bupe, benzo, and amphetamine refill today one of my favorite days.
So I can function with out having to dip my big toe in that insanity of the heroin market. Ugh it gives me shudders just thinking about it.

Fenty is so amazingly sweet to make. Yes, some knowledge is needed. Also, the media saying it is dangerous etc. is really not true. But, a little knowledge can be a dangerous thing. If people know how to handle it, is is way safer than morphine… and less itchy and constipating. Some one who isn’t me can make amazingly sweet analogs that are unknown and since it is so different from regular analogs, cannot be understood by GC/MS.
Now, some one who isn’t me is a certified genius. I wonder what would happen if SWIM were to disperse the info all over the net!
Remember, no substance is inherently bad. If you cannot respect it, then it is YOUR fault. Like eating too many McDonald’s burgers.
